100k Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Responsibilities
This document sets out the terms of use for the 100k platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 100k platform — whether via the website, mobile browser, or provided application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and close your account if applicable.
The 100k platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 100k platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without warning. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their details should any changes occur.
The name registered on your account must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Name mismatches may result in transactions being held or the account being frozen until verification is completed.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 100k support team. The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
Platform Usage Rules
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in ways that go against the original intent of the offer is strictly prohibited.
- Users must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws when using the 100k platform.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 100k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered under a name that matches their platform account.
Successful deposits are credited to your platform account once confirmation is received from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and may vary based on your account tier or VIP status. Current limits can be checked in your account settings.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for deposits, subject to successful identity verification. 100k reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals where additional verification is required to ensure transaction security.
Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility. 100k is not liable for any fees charged by third parties involved in processing your transaction.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
The 100k platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or virus-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
100k's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user into their account within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
100k reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any valid balance will be returned once all reviews are complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 100k platform — including but not limited to logos, interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design — is the exclusive property of 100k or its relevant licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without explicit written consent from 100k.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 100k platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 100k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
100k reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 100k platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
